I want to publicly thank Royal Real Estate Solutions LLC Company, specially Patrick and Jacob, for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process of the selling of my property. My initial contact with Jacob, set the tone for a professional and friendly relationship going forward. After which, Patrick "took over the reigns", and guided me down the home stretch. Patrick stayed in constant contact with me as to the progress of the sell of my property. Patrick displayed an empathetic ear, if I had a concern or a question that needed clarification. I'm really grateful for this company and the awesome staff, for facilitating the sell of my property. They've made my life so much easier going forward in 2026. We used Royal Real Estate summer and fall of 2025. Initially we were a bit skeptical. It started with a letter with an offer to purchase my mother's house. Mom was transitioning from home ownership to independent living. I called them and spoke to Jacob. He asked me many questions about the property. He was very professional and easy to deal with. The next day he called and made 2 offers. Purchase outright as is. Or a second option of what they call there full service option. That offer was slightly shy of the initial offer we received in the mail. Under this option they basically handle everything from start to finish. Listing-showing-inspection-closing etc.. Jacob told me they would sell the house and my mom would receive the amount agreed upon. My mom was dealing with multiple health issues at the time and this was an excellent option for us. I only dealt with two people. Jacob and Patrick. Both were amazing and really great people. Patrick set us up with a lock box and provided consistent communication. Awesome guy! Dont hesitate to use Royal Real Estate if the situation is right for you. We received a wire transfer of total amount within 24 hours of closing in my moms account. Brad and Christa Layman.

Royal Real Estate is an easy company to work with and are great at what they do. They were prepared for our conversations with detailed information, but explained it so that I understood it.
